Henry Cavill reflected on the video of him assembling a custom-built PC before revealing whether he intends to build another any time soon.
Henry Cavill has given an update on the custom-built gaming computer he assembled back in July.
Cavill shared footage of himself building the PC earlier this year with his recorded efforts accompanied by the dulcet tones of Barry White. He admitted to GQ that he hadn’t anticipated the kind of mainstream media attention his PC got, noting how he thought it would only appeal to a niche percentage of his fanbase. “I thought that those fans that are very forgiving of me, and like the various things that I like, would probably like it,” Cavill explained. “But I did not think that the internet was going to grab hold of it the way it did.”

When asked if he intended to deliver a follow-up video, Cavill revealed he had no immediate plans to change his current set up. However, he added that with new technology always coming out, it may just be a matter of time: “But with the new graphics cards that just came out, and hopefully some new CPUs that are coming out in the near future, I might do a little bit of an upgrade for the computer.” Cavill is an open fan of video games, with his love of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt informing his performance of Geralt in Netflix’s adaptation of the original Witcher novels.
The actor portrays the iconic Superman throughout the DCEU. He will reassume the role in new footage for Zack Snyder’s Justice League, which is set to debut on HBO Max in 2021.
