HOBOKEN, N.J., Sept. 30, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Sfara announces today the introduction of its patent-pending System Integrity Solution (SIS) that monitors the health and performance of key components within smartphones that use Sfara’s mobile-based safety and telematics solutions for applications ranging from protecting fleets and lone workers, to accident management and FNOL.

With the introduction of SIS, which is the first-of-its-kind in the industry, Sfara is expanding on its strategy to nest its AI detection technologies in a growing suite of solutions that focus on operational excellence and an optimal customer experience.

SIS runs regular, on-device diagnostics to identify potential issues such as faulty or broken sensors that affect SDK performance, outdated versions of the operating system, or if the app was deleted from the phone. If SIS detects any of these situations, it transmits that data to the Sfara Cloud Suite, which can then be used to trigger communications to partners or end users.

This is Sfara’s second recent announcement introducing breakthrough solutions to universal industry problems that no one else is addressing. “SIS is much like the engine light in a car,” said Rocco Tricarico, CMO of Sfara. “It warns you with specific details that you’re not operating at maximum efficiency, something is broken, or that you might have other serious challenges.”

SIS also offers outstanding opportunities for outreach and relationship building to partners and their end users. Sfara’s SIS will be a standard feature offered as part of both its technology platform for developers and as part of its Companion App, which is available for white labeling.

“With our enterprise safety technology, we’re not only protecting people, we’re protecting the brands of our partners,” said Erik Goldman, CEO of Sfara. “This responsibility is not lost on our leadership team, whose deep enterprise experience supporting automotive OEMs, insurance and other types of multi-national corporations is represented in how we develop, build and operate our business. SIS is just one more example of how we’re looking out for the enterprise customer.”
