Think Tank Photo, which develops innovative carrying solutions for photographers, launched its latest product via Kickstarter: the MindShift Rotation180° Backpack Series. The crowdfunding campaign for the Rotation backpack, which enables photographers to have quick access to their cameras without removing the pack, ends September 29.

SANTA ROSA, Calif. – September 29, 2020 – Think Tank Photo, a group of product designers developing innovative carrying solutions for photographers, launched a successful release on September 15 of their latest product via the crowdfunding platform, Kickstarter: the MindShift Rotation180° Backpack Series. The crowdfunding campaign for the Rotation backpack, which enables photographers to have quick access to their cameras without removing the pack, reached its first funding goal within four hours of launch and has surpassed $108,000.

Designed by photographers and for photographers, the Rotation180° backpack combines a durable backpack for gear and incidentals with a smaller camera bag that slides out on a belt worn around the waist, allowing photographers to easily reach their cameras and capture a shot in seconds. By studying the professional photographer’s workflow and incorporating customer feedback, Think Tank Photo has introduced a number of carrying solutions focused on quick access and durability.

Rotation180° backpacks are available in three sizes: 22 liters, 34 liters, and 50+ liters. Built with a high-density, water-repellant nylon, the backpacks feature a 10-point adjustable harness system, a hydration reservoir, and numerous attachment points for additional external capacity.
The MindShift Rotation180° Backpack crowdfunding campaign will end Tuesday, September 29, 2020, with delivery starting in November 2020.
